Uses 2 C Cell batteries. Comes with wooden 1.25" minute hand and matching hour hand and plastic weights. Includes auto night off eye (mounting hole required at the 6 of the dial). Movement will cuckoo the hour. Upper unit includes outside cuckoo door frame .The speaker is on top of the top unit. Top unit is approx. 2.75" wide, 1.75" tall, 2.25" depth. Bottom unit is 3.25" wide, 3.75" to bottom of pendulum hander. The hand shaft measures approximately 1.2 cm from the casing to the tip. The threaded part measures 5mm.
